Before collaborating with Bloom Acupuncture, their brand was outdated and attracting a market that wasn't prepared to pay for value.

It was important for the brand to be modern, clean, and professional while still having a distinct personality.

We were drawn to the concept of integrating Chinese herb references, aiming to attract a mature female audience who specialises in addressing women's health issues such as perimenopause, infertility, and pregnancy.

During our website strategy process, we installed tracking tools on Bloom Acupuncture's website.

This allowed us to see that:

  • There were too many menu items which was confusing her audience.

  • People were getting lost and not clicking where Claire wanted them to.

  • The content was highly confusing.

  • There was no clear call to action or customer journey.

  • There was a high bounce rate off some pages.

  • The home page was not truly representing Claire's personality or establishing a stronger connection with her, with Claire looking at the camera to connect with her audience.

We reworked the navigation to make it logical and easy for a visitor to follow and easily find their way to book. We also optimised the website's copy with SEO keywords and a clear and logical flow to each page's content.

With enhanced conversion elements, a decluttered interface, and optimised search engine position, the website is now a silent sales tool for Claire.
